Job Description:

1) Experience of 7-10 years in Accounts Receivable Process.

2) Maintaining the billing system.

3) Generating invoices and account statements.

4) Performing account reconciliations.

5) Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.

6) Producing monthly financial and management reports.

7) Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.

8) Assisting in general financial management and analysis.

9) E-Invoicing and bank receipts entries.

10) Follow up for payment advices.

11) Knocking off on customer receipts.

12) E-way bills.

13) Knowledge of Proforma Invoice/ Quotation/ Material Receipts/ Sales Invoices etc.

14) Handling bank transactions and reconciliations

15) Knowledge of GST returns.

16) Team handling experience.

17) Withholding tax (TDS) deductions, working, payments and return

Filing.

18) Monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end

Transactions.
