Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in accounting software, MIS preparation, and financial compliance. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts finalization, ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, and payroll regulations, and leading a small team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Finalization: Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual
accounts.

• GST & TDS Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS calculations, and ensure statutory compliance in a timely manner.
• MIS Preparation: Prepare management information reports to assist in business decision-making processes.
• Payroll Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are applied and remitted accurately.
• Customer Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters and resolve queries related to accounts.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a small team of junior accountants, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software such as ZOHO Books, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets to manage financial data and reporting.
• Multitasking: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Requirements:

● Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or related field.

● Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.

• Skills:
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Expertise in ZOHO Books, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
• Strong experience in preparing MIS reports.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
