Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Accountant to join our Finance, HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of accounting activities, including GST and TDS compliance, handling accounts receivable and payable, overseeing payroll processing, and supporting various HR and administrative functions. This role is integral to ensuring the financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and smooth administrative operations of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Accounting: Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  2. Tax Compliance: Ensure the accurate calculation and timely filing of GST and TDS returns, maintaining full compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  3. Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements.
  4. Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for management review.
  6. Receivables & Payables Management: Manage company receivables and payables, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection or payment processing.
  7. HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, record management, and benefits administration.
  8. Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties such as updating and maintaining employee records and coordinating with HR on policy updates.
  9. Compliance & Documentation: Develop and implement best practices for financial and HR compliance, reporting, and documentation.
  10. Internal Audits:
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance, particularly GST and TDS.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple financial and administrative tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support HR and administrative responsibilities.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: Negotiable


Office Timings:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Office-based (Work from Office)
