Senior Executive

1. Upstream fermentation Processing.

2. Technology absorption & scale- up at higher scale.

3. Fermenter / utility operation.

4. Qualification of the Fermenters / equipments.

5. In process analysis.

6. Culture handling.

7. Culture purity test.

8. Shall have exposure to QA, GLP/cGMP.

9. Lab equipment’s operations like Autoclave, Biosafety cabinet.

10. Document maintenance / preparation: Technical & scientific reports, SOPs, BPR, protocol, DDR.

11. Exposure to RA: Response to RA queries, DMF data generation.

12. Shall have exposure to Antibiotics, Enzymatic and peptide fermentation.

13. Downstream Processing: Filtration.

14. Media preparation.

15. Data management: Data collection, analysis and interpretation, Design of experiments, planning and execution of lab experiments, have clarity on engineering aspect to Fermentation.

16. Fermenter installation, operation, and handling.

17. Lab set up.

18. Troubleshoot skills and mechanical aptitude in day to day and ongoing batches.

19. Shake flask experimentation and work.
