Job Summary:
SEIMITSU Factory Automation Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing engineering firm specializing in industrial automation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our
Sales & Marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and expanding our distributor network while driving sales growth for a range of advanced engineering products.
- With a strong focus on industries such as bearings, linear motion, servo gearboxes, pneumatic products, coupling, rack and pinion, power mollers, and motors, this position will contribute to SEIMITSU's continued success in the global market.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Distributor Network Expansion: Establish and grow a robust network of distributors within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Devise, execute, and manage comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans to increase the customer base and revenue.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in line with the company's sales targets.
- Market Growth: Identify and develop growth tactics and action plans aimed at expanding market presence, improving product penetration, and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key customers to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and distributor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and new business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of SEIMITSU's product offerings, providing expert-level advice and solutions to customers, particularly in the fields of bearings, motion guides, pneumatic systems, and automation technologies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales within industries such as bearings, linear motion guides, servo gearboxes, or pneumatic products.
- Strong technical background with a diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing distributor networks.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the region.
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the automation and engineering sectors
