VP/ SVP Strategy (Head)

1. Job Description :

Lead and Assist in Strategic affairs of dealing with business approach/

methodologies for various functions across the organization - Majorly

Sales and Operations. Age : 30-40 years.

2. Profile: Graduate with MBA from IIM - A/B/C or ISB with excellent

communication skills, good adaptability, initiator, analytical, exploring

business opportunity and good at MIS and solution finder.

3. Experience: Total 5-8 years of experience and about 3 - 5 years of

experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company.

4. Responsibility:

a. Deriving Long Term strategy

b. Reviewing Monthly /Quarterly/ Annual Business Reports.

c. Lead annual planning and budgeting exercise to develop annual and

next 3-5 years strategy - connecting the Vision of the organisation.

d. Probable solutions/ suggestions on the Cost Sheets / bottle-necks in

the Construction Schedules/ Costing Budgeting/ Value Engineering /

Sales Pricing/ Customer Complaints/ Incentives.

e. Update and review on Sales and Collections.

f. Updates on competition and Competition products.

g. ROIs on expenses.

h. Co-ordination with the Site Heads, Functional Heads for inputs

i. Targets Vs Achieved variance analysis.

j. Devising Incentives Policies.

k. Derive better monitoring systems - SFDC, SAP.

l. Explore issues in areas of Sales, Customer Complaint / Business

Associates' Resolutions.

m. Preparation of weekly information news of real estate industry.

n. Prepare MIS reports - Ensure timely reports from all concerned

departments for decision making. Compiling, reviewing, analyzing and

preparing statistical/narrative reports.

6. No. of Reportees: 3-4 team members.
