Roles and Responsibilities

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage and optimize HR processes while overseeing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management. This role is responsible for handling HR operations, employee data management and improving HR systems to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and HR best practices.
• Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Support HR audits and compliance reporting.

• HRIS Management:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRIS system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision.
• Provide system training and support to HR team members and employees.
• Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations and HRIS management.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
