Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide solutions to improve workflows and deliver results.
- Deliver regular revenue and sales analysis to support business reviews and forecasts.
- Develop and lead enablement initiatives that promote the adoption of tools and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide data-led insights that drive efficiency and growth, collaborating with business line leadership teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and market trends, developing and leading change initiatives to maximize effectiveness in sales operations.
- Stay on top of technology enhancements to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for commercial enablement, ensuring the team leverages the latest tools and innovations.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience working with Commercial teams and performance management analysis
- Expertise in deriving insights from data, account management principles, forecasting, sales tools, competitive intelligence analysis, and performance management to drive strategic decision-making and sales performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives in commercial operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, data analysis tools, and workflow management software, coupled with strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
