Key Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Planning & management
• Planning and managing the overall accounts payable function as part of the cash flow planning and treasury process
• Maintaining Regular operating relationships with Banks
• One point of contact for data requirement to working capital lenders & term loan lenders
• Ensuring monthly data submission in line with requirements mentioned in the sanction letters with respect to working capital & term loans
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of new current accounts from respective banks
• BG's Management & FD's Management
• 100% Payout Compliance
• BRS - Monitoring and Completion
• Review of sanction letters & preparing key terms for recommending for the board approval
