Overview:
At Xcelerate Business Advisory LLP, we are committed to delivering excellence in financial

growth. As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients
financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making for both Xcelerate and our
global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End to End Bookkeeping and Accounting:
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records, including timely invoicing
and payment monitoring.
• Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure transparency and
accuracy.
• Facilitate adherence to budgets and prepare financial statements, cash flow
statements, and P&L reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, supporting
audits.
• Provide actionable financial insights for client growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flows, improve working capital, and create detailed financial plans.
• Offer advisory support on process improvements and best financial practices.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP):
• Maximize collections and maintain cash flow with effective follow-ups and credit
policies.
• Ensure timely approval and settlement of AP while managing vendor relationships.
• Conduct reconciliations and aging report analysis to maintain financial health.
3. Vendor Reconciliation and Balance Confirmation:
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies.
4. Comprehensive Financial Management:
• Handle full-cycle accounting and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Lead month-end financial activities and prepare MIS reports.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
5. MIS Reporting:
• Analyze data trends and discrepancies to support decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, providing
actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze costs, prepare cost reports, and suggest strategies for
optimization.
• Develop financial models for scenario simulations and implement tools for efficient
data reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA in Finance
preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CA are a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software (Xero, NetSuite, Zoho, QuickBooks) and advanced
MS Office, particularly Excel are an added advantage.

• Proven track record in managing financial operations with strategic expertise.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in financial planning, analysis, and generating
in-depth reports.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective team
and client management.
• Leadership capabilities to optimize financial workflows and drive efficiency.
• Proactive in leveraging technology and identifying areas for improvement, with
experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
