Subject Matter Expert-Email Security

Job Role:

Responsible for providing "expert-level" knowledge,advise on the Email Security technologies to provide resolutions for various challenges that arise.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a Team of dedicated Email Security Support Engineers

Take Ownership to solve support tickets

Provide expert guidance to Support Team / Implementation Team / PreSales Team

Keep the team motivated to ensure they deliver the best.

Provide Knowledge Sharing to internal team.

Having good exposure into LMS and Training skills would be added advantage.

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in handling Email Security as L1 Engineer or L1 Support.

Minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in handling Email Security as L2 Engineer or L2 Support.

Intensive Experience and Knowledge in anyone of Email Security products such as Cisco Email Security, Barracuda Email Security, Symantec Email Security, McAfee Email Security, Proofpoint Email Security is M andatory

Globally Recognized Technical Certifications in anyone of the OEM such as Cisco Email Security, Barracuda Email Security, Symantec Email Security, McAfee Email Security, Proofpoint Email Security is Mandatory .

Very Good in Communication skills is Mandatory

Note:

Non focused areas of expertise shall not be considered as "Relevant Experience" [Example: NGFw, EDR, SIEM etc]

Pre-Sales/Sales Certifications shall not be accepted.
