Architect Engagement

• Facilitate BOQ, Specifications, Drawing support to the business development team without escalations.

• Driving Government Specification for home location in the zone and achieving the govt sales target.

Contractor Upskilling

• Implementing the contractor upskilling training for home location town and remotely managing through a capable contractor in other focus towns (as per geographical span allocated)

Brand & Marketing initiative

• Installation support for Mockups and Expos as per BDE/ Zonal team team's plan, 100% achievement

Product and System Awareness

• 100% attendance of product and system training and monthly test score >80%.

CRM for Influencer community and implementation of the same.

• Adherence to PJP/ Beat Plan and recording in CRM
