Heres what you will get to explore:

Identify New Use Cases and Drive Value in Customer Environments

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify new use cases that drive value and align with their business goals.
  
• Lead initiatives to assess, define, and implement these use cases, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  
• Assist in closing identified use cases by providing expertise, building client relationships, and supporting the sales/CSM teams in client conversations.
  

Enhance Team Strategic Capability

• Guide, mentor, and groom the solution consulting team to take on a more strategic role in client engagements.
  
• Establish best practices and frameworks that enhance the team s ability to advise on high-impact, value-driven solutions.
  
• Develop training programs, workshops, and growth opportunities to build a high-performing, strategic-minded team of solution consultants.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

• Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and integration of solutions across all client touchpoints.
  
• Act as a thought leader within the organization, promoting solution-based selling and representing the Solution Consulting team in key strategic initiatives.
  

Client Relationship Management and Influence

• Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
  
• Serve as an escalation point for solution-related issues and work proactively to address and resolve client concerns.

• MBA with 8-10 years of consulting experience in BFSI/Manufacturing/Government verticals
  
• Strong customer focus and Proactiveness
  
• Ability to connect and link insights to customers business
  
• Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
  
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective customer relationships
  
• Possess general consulting skills like team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
  
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
  
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
  
• Must be able to travel, providing on-site consulting work to clients when required
  
• Ability to guide in formulate effective Proof of concepts for customers
  
• Strong knowledge of analytical/training/marketing tools
  

It would be nice if you have:

• An experience in information security procedures and practices.
  
• A certification in the knowledge areas related to information security, business process management or IT infrastructure.
