Job Title: Analyst Business Process Management

management and improvement role in the Business Process Modernization [BPM]
vertical - logistics and supply chain shared services. We are seeking individuals who
take ownership of their assigned tasks and can work eectively with minimal
supervision.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform data analysis in the field of logistics and supply chain on-time
performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
● Responsible for the operational and managerial reporting.
● Process documents and information through the established shipment
processing systems.
● Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external
customers.
● Identify Process Improvement opportunities and drive active discussions to
explore them.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of every functional area to ensure
seamless operations.
● Ensure proper time management by establishing expertise over the process and
cross process training.
● Ability to eectively collaborate across diverse functional domains and quickly
grasp the fundamental aspects of a new business domain, all while managing
complexity and a substantial volume of information without feeling
overwhelmed.
● Thorough knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering.
● Accumulate data through procedure mapping, stream graphing, and workshops
to help enhance the existing business process or develop ones. Meeting with
clients and stakeholders on a regular basis to gather data and information and
to build a healthy rapport.
● Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business
unit.
● Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work
requirements to meet deadlines.
● Skilled in MS Office applications.
Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you
otherwise. So we might look for at least 0-2 years of relevant work experience along
with:
1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Good command of English, wrien and spoken.
3. Excellent Analytical and Critical thinking skills.
