Analyst - Business Process Management | Rajkot | US Shift

It is a process management and improvement role in the Business Process Modernization [BPM] vertical - logistics and supply chain shared services. We are seeking individuals who take ownership of their assigned tasks and can work effectively with minimal supervision. 
Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis in the field of logistics and supply chain on-time performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Responsible for the operational and managerial reporting.
• Process documents and information through the established shipment processing systems.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Identify Process Improvement opportunities and drive active discussions to explore them. 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of every functional area to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure proper time management by establishing expertise in the process and cross-process training.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across diverse functional domains and quickly grasp the fundamental aspects of a new business domain, all while managing complexity and a substantial volume of information without feeling overwhelmed.
• Thorough knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering.
• Accumulate data through procedure mapping, stream graphing, and workshops to help enhance the existing business process or develop ones. Meeting with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis to gather data and information and to build a healthy rapport.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit.
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. 
• Skilled in MS Office applications.

Qualification

• Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least 0-2 years of relevant work experience along with:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Excellent Analytical and Critical thinking skills.
