Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team for US customers. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team. This role involves researching, contacting, and nurturing prospects, utilizing various tools and strategies to generate interest in our products/services.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, databases, and networking.
• Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound contact with potential leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential and readiness for further sales engagement.
• Database Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine lead generation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
• Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
• Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints, nurturing them until they are ready to be handed over to the sales team.

Note: We are looking for Candidates who are willing to work for US shift .Relevant Previous experience will get priority.
