Role & responsibilities :
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Regular visits to potential leads and customers to nurture strong relationships.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
3. Market Research & Strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Analyze customer preferences and suggest improvements in products/services.
• Develop strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
4. Sales Process & Negotiation
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing.
• Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
• Track sales performance and report progress to management.
• Provide forecasts and insights to management
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective growth.
7. Post-Sales Support
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in handling complaints or warranty issues.
• Ensure timely collection of payments without any overdue.
