Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any sales-related issues.

• Communication: Handle continuous calls with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Excel Management: Maintain sales records and generate reports using basic Excel functions. • Customer Interaction: Confidently engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up with clients. Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Confident in speaking and handling continuous calls.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (not mandatory but a plus). • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
