We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex VLSI/ASIC/SoC projects in the semiconductor industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chip design processes, proven project management expertise, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end semiconductor design projects (RTL, DFT, physical design, tape-out).

- Develop project plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks using tools like MS Project and JIRA.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to design methodologies.

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.

- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor project management.

- Strong knowledge of chip design (RTL, DFT, physical design, tape-out).

- Familiarity with EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor).

- PMP certification and ISO 26262 knowledge are a plus.
