Head - Projects - Real Estate (12-25 yrs)

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a "Head of Projects" for a leading education group in hashtag#Bangalore.

The incumbent should have :

- Sound understanding of statutory, regulatory, licensing approval requirement for building, educational institutes facilities including understanding of bye laws, standards etc.

- Experience in leading engagements with external consultants i.e. architects, design consultants, structural consultants and PMC.

- Knowledge & understanding of yearly project targets goals, define targets at project levels, set work schedules at monthly and quarterly levels including preparation of annual capex budgets.

- Overall 15-20 years of experience in managing / executing turnkey projects in Metro and Tier I cities.

- Demonstrated leadership and capabilities to manage and lead 10+ projects sites simultaneously with overall annual budget outlay of more than 60+ Crores (preferred)

- Sound understanding of statutory, regulatory, and licensing approval requirement for building, educational institutes facilities including understanding of Bye Laws, standards

- Effective in liasoning with government and regulatory body for timely approval

- Proven skills in development and management of turnkey contractor, equipment supplier and vendor base

- Experience in site selection for setting up schools/colleges/ educational institutes for desired business objective will be an added advantage (preferred but not mandatory)
