Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost management, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the brand's vision, goals, and long-term strategies.
- Ensure alignment of operational activities with the company's mission and values.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all QSR outlets to ensure consistent delivery of quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure scalability.
People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including regional managers, area managers, and store-level leadership.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement training and development programs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Experience:
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all touchpoints.
- Regularly review customer feedback and implement measures to address concerns and improve service quality.
Expansion and Development:
- Work closely with the real estate and development teams to identify and establish new locations, ensuring alignment with market demand.
- Oversee the launch of new outlets, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost controls and profitability across outlets.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain brand integrity by enforcing strict adherence to operational and quality standards.
