HR IT Recruiter

Job description

• End-to End Talent Acquisition from Sourcing to a selection of IT profiles related to Mobile and Web Technologies
• Develop, drive and implement the HR processes in areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employee's relations, labour law regulations
• Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with employees and managers
• Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till Employee separation and post separation as well.
• Requisition management through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data
• Identify opportunities for, or contribute to, developing continuous improvement and innovation in the recruitment delivery process.
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials .
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency .
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Ensure HR processes are understood and applied in the organization
• Manage Rewards & Recognitions for Employees
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Knowledge of HR trends and best practices/policies
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Identify opportunities for automation in HR processes and create the plan for execution

Requirements /Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in HR
• Fluent English, good pronunciation
• Previous experience in IT company
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Ability to multitask and manage large number of requisitions
• Excellent written, oral communication skills along with a good experience in data/reports
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements

You will be part of the Multi-Channel Platform Web & Mobile Development Team at the Sciflare Technologies Pvt Ltd office in Chennai. (hr@sciflare.com), The role is office-based, working from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday are fixed week off.
