This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and inquisitive individual to gain practical experience in Human Resources, with a specific focus on recruitment and sourcing. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team and contribute to various aspects of the hiring process. This internship will provide valuable exposure to real-world HR challenges and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruitment & Sourcing:

* Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.

* Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
