Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements provided by clients or company needs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and interview schedules.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field (headhunting).
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, human resource management practices, and employment laws.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective telephonic conversations with clients and candidates.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing profiles from multiple sources including mass mailing campaigns.
