Senior Sales Engineer

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the region.
2. Identify and establish new business opportunities with key accounts and market segments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
5. Collaborate with the technical and service support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
7. Represent Schwing Stetter India at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and improve sales strategies.
