Job Description
- Design of sheet metal, Control System (Gear levers, Brake system, Accelerator paddle, Operating levers etc.), Soft Trim / plastic part design etc.
- Technical calculation and kinematic calculation.
- Development of 3D models, 2D Drawing in Solid Edge.
- Project Plan & Monitoring for Structural Components.
- Design of Cab & Control System, Cabin Structure, sheet metal, Ergonomics, Soft Trim / plastic part design for Construction or Concrete equipment
- Calculations of door, sliding window etc. mechanism.
- Steel & Plastic Material knowledge.
- 3D modelling and drafting in Solid Edge
- Design of weld structure and hinge joint connections.
- Resolving fields failures and manufacturing issues.
- Project Plan & Monitoring for Components.
- Manufacturing process knowledge.
- GD&T exposure for making drawings and stack up tolerance calculations.
- Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing.
