Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Quality

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Quality to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as implementing processes that enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

1.    Prepare QAP for the inspection process
2.    Prepare PFMEA & Control plan for assembly process
3.    Co ordinating for QM pillar implementation for TPM 
4.    Establish and maintain Quality System and process in the plant
5.    Develop and verify the Jigs and fixtures for process and verification
6.    Analysis the customer complaint and implement CA in all respective areas
7.    Prepare and follow 8D for all customer complaints
8.    Ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained
9.    Train the team member and improve the progress
10.    Ensure all welders are qualified as per SSI requirements
11.    Allocate and monitor the team member progress
12.    Update the monthly MIS, KPI to Management
13.   Zero Customer complaints
