Job Description
- Delivering technical support to field team on various LV MV products and solutions
- On-site intervention for complex technical issues
- Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
- Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV MV domain
- Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, RD and global teams on technical subjects
- Product lifecycle management for LV MV products
- Key Technical Expert for identified accounts
- Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
- Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.
- Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain
- Field Experience on LV & MV products
