Role & responsibilities
1. Shop Floor Management - Shift handling, Operator management to get daily output as per target.
2. OEE Monitoring and Productivity improvement by special initiatives like reduction of changeovers, Operator training, introducing Jigs & Fixtures
3. ERP - SAP - Material Accountability, Stock Creation, Purchase Request Creation, Kanban for Raw Material & Consumables
4. Handle Quality related issues and make CAPA for the same
5. Scrap reduction by effective utilization of Raw material and accountability
