Job Description

To be the first tier of support for our Internationally based client management team. The ideal CCS candidate will be a motivated individual who has excellent internal customer support and data handling skills. With excellent verbal and written English capability, the CSS will support our global energy procurement programs by taking on and delivering to a first class standard all the fundamental administrative functions neccessary to enable our Client Management team to focus on strategic and commercial activities with our clients. With regular interaction with internal colleagues, other teams and systems the CSS will focus on delivering in a reactive way to internal helpdesk requests and proactively over time finding ways to increase efficiency in the delivery of such with local colleagues in India.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities include:

1. CM Team Support:

Supporting in client on-boarding/ invoice collection report to be checked and managed

Coordinate receipt of invoices, identify abnormalities and follow up

Backup support

Administrative assistance and support to free up time and energy to focus on our clients directly

2. Systems:

CBMS:

CBMS Account maintenance

Add account requests

DRRs, bespoke account related requests

Client information, Active/Deactivate Accounts settings

Invoice Queue Management resolution if requested from data team

Account Maintenance updates

Invoice Checklist Maintenance

Rate Change Notifications

Posting of Projects, Savings, Documents and Variance Exception Notices (VEN)

Letter of Authorization (LOA) Preparation/ posting to RA

RA:

Projects, savings, recommendations update

Target: 100% correct data and 98% invoice participation

User setup

Standard RA reports

3. Others:

Ad Hoc project support

Specialized Assignments from CM team

Custom report generation

Usage forecast, review of analyst provided budgets

Support other team members effectively (data team, CSA/ CA) while ensuring quality of the output

4. Team Management:

Regular communication with Line Manager on team support activities and prepare all additional, planned, or ad hoc activities, which have been requested by me

Timely delivery of tasks given

Work together with Line Manager on team upskilling

Mentoring the team as and when required

Required qualifications (education, language, skills, experiences):

Education: Any Graduation/Post Graduation, Data Analystics skills are preffered

Language requirement: English Excellent

Necessary Skills:

Proactive, Strong execution skills, Action oriented, Go getter

Resourceful to identify the ways to get things done using limited resources and in time efficient manner

Ability to work and perform work independently as and when required

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced

Teamwork

Analytical skills

Punctuality

Good excel knowledge

Working experience 0-2 years

Energy industry knowledge will be a plus

COMMON ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Beyond the above activities Employee is required to prepare all additional, planned or ad hoc activities, which have been requested by their direct leader.

2. The Employee, as a member of the Schneider team, will make all the necessary efforts to reach their defined annual objectives for the business.

3. As the member of the organisation, the Employee, will become familiar with and apply the core Schneider values in the way the work and conduct themselves each day.

4. In course of his work she/he is obliged to follow the relevant paragraphs of the Labor Code, Union Contract and Labor Safety Rule and as well the regulations of the inner orders and rules of the company.
