1 Support countries to achieve the business targets aligned with AMSP Ensure clear objectives and coaching to acheive ambition through regular review meetings and feedback 2 Work with respective regional team (IVP, Segment Leader, other GTM leader) to define 3-5 year rolling OEM growth plan, with identification of investments required
