Inside Sales Representative-IT

Job Summary: The IT Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling IT products and services to customers, primarily through phone calls and emails. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Customer Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Sales Presentations: Understand and demonstrate IT products or services to the customer.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate IT solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
