Technical Support and Software development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Development Specialist with 4 years of experience in ticketing and field service, web, and mobile app development.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in product development, bringing a comprehensive approach to supporting and enhancing our technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to ticketing and feed services, as well as web and mobile applications.
• Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Development Support: Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features that meet market needs and customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions and workarounds.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for support processes, technical solutions, and development projects.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in support processes and development practices, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in .NET, MSSQL, and mobile development tools (e.g., Ionic, Xamarin).
• Strong knowledge of API development, Node.js/Angular/React
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, ticketing and feed service, web and mobile app development, and product development.
