Responsibilities:

• Process monthly journal entries and prepare General Ledger account reconciliations.
• Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, payroll, and tax records to maintain accurate financial data.
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Work independently and with junior accountants on bookkeeping and review of financials.
• Ability to identify gaps, coach, mentor and develop technical skills of team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0 to 5 years of experience in US Accounting or related field.
• Freshers will be considered as a Trainee for 1 yrs with stipend of 17k to 20k.
• CA qualification in any specialization; CMA Inter with Good academic score, and good academic score, CPA Qualified preferred.
• Well Versed with Microsoft Excel. Indian Accounting experience will be considered and will provide the training
• Prior experience in Accounting Software including Tally, and Knowledge of Quick books would be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of GL Accounting, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Statement preparation.
