Education Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer for our Villas project in Himachal Pradesh who shall have extensive knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in the design, construction and maintenance of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and engineering works for Villas projects in hills. Should have extensive knowledge of civil and MEP engineering practices, plans and technical specifications legislations, procedures and practices in Himachal Pradesh. Should have ability to read and interpret drawings. Should have experience in using or a desire to learn the required software. Required knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering. Should be proficient in design and calculation software. Should be excellent in investigative, analytical and reasoning skills. Should have excellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal). Should be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD and Civil 3D Applications
