1. Job description

• Part of the Travel management team, the TEO support & admin should be agile in TEO tool.

Assisting Users and offering guidance about SBM process , TEO support & admin should offer local support and reporting recurrent issues that need to be fixed.

• In collaboration with the local travel agency, the TEO support & admin should manage the Travel insurance. Knowledge in PR/PO is welcome to manage visibility
• In collaboration with Finance, TEO support & admin should collect information to FOREX Card for Travellers. Knowledge in PR/PO is welcome to manage visibility.
• Logistics, TEO support & Admin should manage local transfer, shuttle vehicles. Knowledge in PR/PO is welcome to manage visibility.
• TEO support & admin should work closely and collaborate with the Visa Specialist.

Job requirements:

• Academic: Graduate, good English spoken and written
• Exp: 5 years
• SW or tools: Outlook, Power point, excel, SAP Concur, Nadia
• Knowledge of Travel industry, admin oriented,
