Opportunity For LLB fresher For Legal role with SBI Securities

Designation: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification : LLB mandatory

LLB fresher can also apply

1. Drafting, replying and keeping the track on police cases to be filed before the police station by the Company and against the Company

2. Maintaining of MIS of exchange complaints, litigations, agreements etc.,

3. Checking of portal exchange, SEBI, depository etc on daily basis and escalated the same to respective team within the tat

4. Replying and keeping the track on legal notice/s and police letter/s

5. Handling of Investor Grievance from initial level ie. General calls at exchange level, SEBI ODR, third party institution/s

6. Attending and appearing in GRC, court cases such as arbitration, civil cases, private complaints etc independently

7. Drafting and vetting of agreement such as leave and license, lease deed, vendor agreement, third party service level agreement, broking services agreement etc.
