Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging social media presence.
• Create compelling content (text, images, video) that adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Engage with users in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to understand audience perception and inform campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for content creation or campaign execution (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of social media communication plans and strategies.
• Manage the company's online reputation and address any negative feedback or issues effectively.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree is a plus, but not always required
• Proven experience in a Marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
