Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to drive Demat & Trading account business through Wealth branches.

2. Regular Visits to branches and Liaisoning with branch officials to promote the business.

3. Engaging and imparting regular trainings and guidance to the Wealth staff

4. Responsible to provide back-end support to the Wealth.

5. Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and

quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, etc.

6. Building and managing Wealth relationship and timely resolutions of customer grievances.

7. Achievement of Acquisition Target

8. Managing key customer relationships, Building and sustaining investment relationships

with High Net worth Individuals.

Qualification Needed : Graduation / Post Graduation

(Relevant Experience of Field, Suitable qualification will be preferred)

Relevant Experience : 2 7 years Experience in Selling Financial Products
