Job Description
- Experience Minimum 8 years experience of Business Development. Experience of Supply Chain Finance/ Trade Finance/ Working Capital. Additional Skills -Understanding of Credit Products. -Marketing & Strong Communication Skills -Having worked as a team leader. Job Profile To assist management in preparation of business plans and to allot the granular budgets to branches.
- To scrutinize the teaser notes received from branches and recommend to CMC for approval.
- To scrutinize the supporting documents uploaded by the branches with credit proposals and recommend Credit for further processing of the proposals.
- To conduct Performance review meetings at monthly intervals. Prepare and circulate the P- Review meeting minutes among the branches.
- To consistently update the market dynamics and competition, and assisted management in reacting to the same.
- To keep a close update of the marketing and pricing strategies of the competitors, their products and services and to assist the management in initiating appropriate measures for increasing the market share.
- To maintain a close liaison among business development teams and prompted them to meet their business goals.
- To maintain liaison with various internal teams, viz. Credit, Legal, Operations for facilitating early sanction and utilization.
- To conduct LCBD and TReDS Pricing Committee meetings on regular intervals and provided competitive pricing to branches for discounting LCs.
- To assist management in acquiring gold loan pools.
- To assist management in compiling various reports, presentations to P-Review meetings, Board meetings, SBI CENMAC meetings, audit observations etc
- To maintain effective liaison with SBI outfits, viz. LHOs, Corporate Centre IBG, SMEBU, CAG, CCG branch officials etc for booking business.
- To conduct client visits for marketing.
- To identify suitable fintech partners for business tie up and recommend for their onboarding.
- To attend clients / fintech partners visiting HO for discussing various issues.
- To compile branch wise / BDM wise business pipe- line at various stages viz. marketing, teaser approval, FSA, Credit underwriting, Documentation, activation.
- To assist management in drafting / reviewing various policies / manuals
- To provide inputs and feedbacks in various projects (viz. LOS, LMS, Dashboard, CRM etc).
- Minimum Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) / CA / masters degree in commerce or higher qualification
