Role Purpose

Responsible to manage and oversee all activities pertaining to vendor billing for all collection vendors and ensure timely execution of all payment processes in alignment with the functional objectives

Role Accountability

1. Raise PO for all the existing and new vendor before service commencement
2. Collate estimated cost/provision from "PAN INDIA" for current month for all the vertical at vendor level
3. Prepare base file for invoice generation by taking input from all stake holders
4. Upload relevant scan image of invoices in required format on SNAPS & to clear invoices on SNAPS post audit by ensuring SR closure as well
5. Ensure reconciliation & receiving of cost at PO level for each vendor by cutoff date every month
6. Amendment at PO level where ever Required Post Cost Reconciliation (RECO)
7. Submit final cost/provision for a month by cutoff date to finance team every month
8. Ensure payment of vendor by defined due date
9. Ensure GST & WHT clearance on time by coordinating required stakeholders
10. Generate credit note and its adjustment with main invoices
11. Ensure payout simulation in case of change in payout structure
12. Ensure daily report mapping/tracking of invoices uploaded on SNAPS
13. Maintain & publish dashboard for assigned task on regular interval to track pendency and completion status

1. Timely and accurate Vendor invoice generation
2. Timely and accurate Payment to vendor
3. Accurate Monthly Provision submission
4. Timely reconciliation of GST invoices/ WHT adjustment
5. Process Adherence as per MOU
