Job Description

RFP Process - Product Procurement or Managed Services

Collaborate with business & Technical team to write an RFP
Understand the major constraints in current system/services, approved budget for the project, timelines, SLA s, any functionality, features non-negotiable
Create a draft of scoring criteria basis understanding from Business & Technical team
Follow sourcing guidelines approved by the Company
Review & schedule walkthrough of the RFP with internal stakeholders to seek their feedback
Review relevant reports such as Gartner to ensure RFP reaches out to the highly rated vendors
Review responses, attend Vendor Walkthrough, participate in scoring
Involve in Business Case preparation
Finalize the Scope of work document with the vendor
Ensure timely Vendor Onboarding

Business Requirement Gathering

Standardize, ensure content and structure of all Requirements, Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
Conduct Business workshop to understand the need/requirements
Understand, analyze current system/process from both business & IT perspective. Suggest amendment of process, any change in application if required to ensure they fit together
Work, collaborate with business team and drive BRD creation and closure
Work closely with business and Technical team to understand and Freeze the requirements/signed off

Design & Testing Phase

Ensure timely closure of Functional specification/design document. Detailed document emphasizes on the design/solution
Arrange for a formal review of the high-level architectural/solution/process design to achieve confidence that the design satisfies the requirements and is in conformance with the Enterprise Architecture and prescribed design standards
Review contingency/disaster recovery plans are adequately documented to provide clear procedures and responsibilities
Document feedback from relevant stakeholders to check feasibility, the one feasible to be incorporated in the document and shared for Signoff
Identify, build and lead a testing team with appropriate skills, attitude and motivation
Define the scope of testing with the context of each release & delivery
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources, scope and budget required to perform the testing.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization. Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics to analyze testing progress & efficiency
Organize testing kickoff meeting
Define the testing strategy
Work with development team & business team to develop test plans and also identify dependencies if any
Work with Technical team to arrange hardware and software requirements for test setup
Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.

Change Management, Cutover implementation & Post Go - Live Support

Identify training/ change management requirement and pass on to the relevant team
Plan team rostering, staffing for implementing the cutover plan
Plan for post go live support, setup of command center if requirement, on floor support etc.
Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.

- Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines
- Ensure first right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned to him
- Team motivation and performance

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)
Technical Expertise Skills
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in the Banking & Finance Domain
- Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modeling such as UML, MS Project and MS Visio
- Well-versed with SDLC
- Knowledge of requirement-gathering tools and Certification of Business Analysis Professionals like CBAP, ECBA
- Knowledge of ALM tool which will be used during testing
- Knowhow to create FMEAs
- Experience of designing user experience for large programs on both Web and app platforms. It includes but not limited to create wireframes, design user journeys, create communication messages, perform industry benchmarking etc.
- Understanding and experience of using Digital Marketing tools (Pixels, Tag Manager, Omniture/Google Analytics etc.)

Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency
Should have very strong written and verbal communication skills
strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner, and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
should be able to manage cross-functional stakeholders from SBI Card and partner employees.
You should have experience of defining IT processes, cross-platform IT solutions and delivery of projects
Creates processes with customer viewpoint

Knowledge of Marketing Domain and technology solutions
You need to effectively manage business and IT stakeholders through regular reviews and effective communication.

Must have Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT.
MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes.
Relevant experience or SBICARD verified leadership programs in technology

Over All experience in role
12+ Years (for MBA/PGDM Candidate)
10+ Years (for Engineering candidate)
10+ years of experience of strong business Analysis domain(preferably Credit Cards -BFSI) in various field with the usage of techniques such as process modeling, use cases, Visio, Draw IO
