Department: Credit & Risk Area Credit ManagerROLE PURPOSE
This role is responsible for ensuring the credit verification process and loan documentation is completed without any deficiencies, maintaining adherence to
policy for all products. This role would be accountable for vendor management on a daily basis, ensuring all reports and documents are received within
predefined TATs, and provide all inputs to the credit manager which would be required for decision making process by liasoning with the customer, sales
team and vendors.


ROLE DETAILS

Experience
• Ensure file upload in Leviosa and Maintenance of physical file before login is without defect Qualifications and Technical Skills
o Ensure to update sales team inputs, accurate details of the customers and collects all the necessary
documents at the login stage as per the login check list (Customer name and Information, applicant
details, ITR, collateral details, bank statement and other documentation which is deemed necessary as
per policy. • Graduate
• Possesses knowledge of loan
disbursal process and credit
documentation o Ensure initial verification processes such as title search etc. are completed by the sales team
o Raise query to the sales team for non submission of all relevant documents, and follow up with the sales
team for submission. (Primary responsibility for submission of complete docket rests with the sales team) Overall and Specific Experience
• 3+ years of credit/ operations
experience o Ensure error free data updation in Leviosa platform by resolving errors in Leviosa and physical file
submitted by sales team to ensure smooth processing of the loan Key Behavioural Attributes
• Analytical ability• Understand critical fields in Leviosa for accurate output like ABB, Avg inflow, RTR data accuracy, income/ITR
inputs, valuation input and PD detail and provide data input system knowledge to the team. • Customer & Stake holder Focus
• Attention to Details• Verification of initial documentation, and initial credit check ( post PD) • Vendor Management
oGathering of all required information which would be required by Credit Manager for decisioning (SBL
checklist, customer information sheet, KYC checks etc) post initial queries are resolved, Key Interactions o Ensure proper valuation of the case in case where certain baseline criterion are not met (CIBIL score is very
low, customer has any cheque bounces in his bank statement) Reject the case as per policy
o Ensure verification by Third party are initiated such as Collateral property, Residence and Office verification
and make entry of these reports in Leviosa application
oInitiate valuation post PD (Personal Discussion) by Credit Manager after legal search by third party ,resolve
query raised by vendor by liasoning with the sales team and make the necessary entry of the reports in
Leviosa application
oResolution of all critical queries raised by external legal vendor, and submission of final vetting report on file
and in Leviosa application
o Ensure to make entries in Leviosa of all documentation as per policy and any additional documentation
request which is required by Credit Manager (limited to documentation and verification reports, not
decisioning).
o Ensure PDDs ( Pre-disbursal to be minimum) and timely submission of approved files to Operations team Internal
• Credit Manager
