Job Description

We are looking for an NLP and speech recognition engineer to join our team. This role is focused on developing advanced NLP and speech recognition technologies to transform our business processes and improve customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

develop NLP and speech recognition solutions, integrating advanced GenAI technologies like BERT, transformer models, and GPT, Llama etc
implement speech-to-text applications, text minning and automate document processing.
collaborate with data scientists to ensure seamless integration of NLP technologies into our systems.

Candidate Expectations:

experience in NLP GenAI models, specifically with transformer models such as BERT, GPT, Llama etc and moving models in production or integration with the available application.
proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy), GenAI LLM, OCR techniques.
familiarity with speech recognition technologies and machine learning applications for language processing.

Technical Skills:

deep understanding of NLP and speech recognition technologies, including modern approaches like transformers.
ability to develop and optimize algorithms for processing large-scale language and audio data, OCR techniques.
topic Modeling with ML Techniques: LDA, BigARTM, HDBSCAN, BERTopic and Coherence score.
vector databases for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for long-term memory in Large Language Models (LLMs).
ELK Stack for text mining.

Language Proficiency:

proficient in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role
knowledge of Russian is a plus and will be favorably considered.
