Job Description
- We are forming the first support line for the Automated Banking System (ABS)
- You are required to have technical experience, be attentive, and respond promptly to system failures
- and also to advise users when working with the system
- Responsibilities:supporting the Indian Bank employees as the first line in the Core Bank Systemsreceiving, processing, analyzing, classifying, registering user requestsprocessing of the internal requestsfunctional escalation to the second line (registration of incidents and requests)filling the knowledge base with information on typical solutions of Incidentsorganization of on-line meetings with the users, phone consultationsautomation and optimization of the work processes
- Requirements:higher education (IT / technical / mathematics / economics)you speak English confidentlydeveloped communication skills (customer-oriented and willingness to understand the task)ability to work with a huge amount of information and understand technical documentationability to analyze information and make decisionsknowledge of SQLexperience in contact center,
- operations center, banking or accounting area of credit organizations will be an advantagehigh level of empathy, stress tolerance, attentiveness, responsibility for results
