NLP engineer

Role & responsibilities

2+ years of experience in the analytics space, with some exposure to NLP or AI projects.

• Familiarity with one the following Concepts :

       o  Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts, with a willingness to learn and explore fine-tuning techniques.

       o Basic experience or knowledge in deploying and scaling AI solutions, preferably with an interest in the pharma or life sciences domain.

      o An eagerness to learn about AI-powered automation, LLM Agents, and open-source frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python and an understanding of backend development concepts (Django/Flask preferred); some exposure to APIs and microservices is a plus.
• A basic understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable.
• A keen interest in life sciences/pharma or willingness to learn about regulated industries.
