Test Manager

Location - Gurgaon (On-site)

In Devops lifecycle Management, we are responsible for all the Developer tools, Change and release management processes, developer experience, testing strategy, test environments, automation etc.

As our new Test Manager your tasks will be to work with Saxo Bank s white label clients and test environment team and make sure that the Test Env is aligned with development and testing scope.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of the Test Environment with development and testing scope.

• Provide support to White Label Clients (WLC) during the development and ongoing testing phases, coordinating their tasks with the functional and configurational setup of the Test Environment.

• Act as the first line of troubleshooting to identify issues related to the environment, functionality, or configuration.

• Identify and engage stakeholders from both WLC and Saxo.

• Define the project scope.

• Coordinate with WLC on the overall project plan for integration development and testing.

• Determine WLC requirements.

• Conduct business analysis to map requirements to environment needs.

• Develop a comprehensive Test Plan.

• Identify features that require testing.

• Relate test actions to the configuration and needs of the environment.

• Oversee the development of integration.

• Own and manage responses to WLC queries by:

  • Coordinating requests/issues raised by WLC to the appropriate support teams within Saxo.

  • Coordinating requests/issues raised by WLC or Saxo staff to the Test Environments teams.

Your profile

You are person with outmost professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. You are curious, collaborative and can thrive in a demanding environment. You are comfortable with handling many tasks at same time, communicating with stakeholders and taking the lead.

You are a Tester/TestManager/Business Analyst with

• More than 7 years of experience in Testing / Business Analysis

• Experience working with Fintech

• Individual Contributor

• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate views and thoughts openly to stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of REST APIs

• Ability and Interest to learn new technologies
