Savvy - CRM/MS Dynamics 365 Developer (8-10 yrs)

Role: D365 CRM Developer.

Location : Hyderabad (Hitech City).

Work Mode : 5 days, Work From Office.

Shift : General Shift.

As a CRM Dynamics and Integration Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. You will extensively work on customization of CRM and integration of CRM to other downstream systems using Rest APIs.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customizations, configurations, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Service, Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights).

- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for CRM solutions.

- Implement and customize CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins.

- Create and maintain documentation for CRM solutions, including technical specifications.

- Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to CRM implementation and customization.

Requirements :

- Atleast 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, integrations, configurations, and customizations.

- .Net development with C#, DotNet Core and MVC 5.0 development experience.

- Soap/Rest secured Web Services Development, ODATA, JavaScript, Jquery experience is essential.

- Extensive experience in developing applications using Power Pages and Power Apps

- Canvas and Model-Drive Apps.

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services, including soap/rest, secured web services development.

- Experience in data migration and synchronization with Dynamics 365 using SSIS and Kingsway is highly desirable.

- Experience in reports and dashboards with Dynamics 365 using SSRS and Power BI is highly desirable.
