Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (8-14 yrs)

Role : Consulting Project Manager

As a Consulting Project Manager, you will manage multiple complex digital transformation & product

engineering implementations, leading independently from project initiation to closure. Projects are usually across Data Analytics, AI-ML, industrial IoT, BI, Cloud & Mobility, where you'll be responsible to provide value delivery to clients as well as project execution with multiple teams of 5-10 members each.

This role is essentially a Value delivery, consulting & project owner role accountable for value delivery through your project deliverables and ensure project success. You will work closely with Director/VP Engineering & Products on the customer side whereas internally with Business Unit owners & Client Engagement Managers,to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Value delivery, Project Success and Client Satisfaction (CSAT) will primarily determine your success in this role.

Project Management :

This role will require you to demonstrate Consulting, Problem-solving and Project owner mindset including participation in Value design with Client CXOs, architectural and design reviews with stakeholders, estimating & planning accurately for the complexity & volume of work, ensuring successful value delivery, using Agile methodologies and defined processes.

Client Management :

You will be the single point of contact for Value delivery & project success. You will consult clients on value definition, setting quarterly product roadmaps & priorities and on-time project delivery, with focus on good CSAT ratings & references from clients.

Value Delivery :

You will play a key role in understanding customer requirements, their priorities and accordingly drive project teams to deliver agreed/more value as per the delivery milestones.

People Management :

You will lead and coach your team members to help them deliver as per client expectations, as well as for team members career planning and development. You will support BU needs in terms of hiring and development of team members as a part of people management.

Here is what we would like you to bring :

- Any Engineering degree/ MBA degree with 10+ years of experience including 2+ years of experience as a Project Owner or Functional Lead

- Good understanding of manufacturing, machines, hardware integration with software, etc

- Single point of contact for customer on customer's product roadmap, priorities

- Prior success in managing Grounds-up Greenfield development projects

- Fair understanding of Digital Technologies (incl Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IIoT)

- Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills

- Strong people management skills to create high performance teams, clearly define priorities and produce desired results through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
