Project Management Specialist

1. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation and milestones.
2. Preparing daily and weekly tracking sheets of specified projects against base timelines and helping in defining project scope and objective.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
4. Coordination with all the stakeholders(R&D, ARD, MSTG, RA, SCM, S&M, Production, Engg, Projects etc.)For facilitation communication between different departments.
5. Chairing weekly/biweekly meetings with CFT to ensure that the projects are on track and help in resolving issues (if any) including preparation of MOM and follow-up action items.
6. Prepare and distribute regular status reports to key stakeholders, outlining project performance, risks and upcoming tasks.
7. Identifying and documenting potential risks within the project and helping in mitigation and ensuring that risks are escalated to the project manager as necessary and working on implementing contingency plans.
8. Reporting to Project Manager with project progress and escalating if there is any deviation from targeted timelines, cost and scope.
